<h3>5. Delivery Time Slot</h3>
All deliveries will be made within a single time slot from 10 AM to 10 PM. Don't worry, this wide range allows us to plan routes more efficiently. We will notify you the day before with an estimated arrival time and confirm with you two hours before delivery. If you won't be home, you can leave out coolers (with ice if possible), and we 'll place your order inside to keep it fresh. 
<h3>6. Deadline for Orders</h3>
All orders must be placed by Saturday at 12 AM (midnight). Deliveries will start the following week based on your designated delivery schedule. 
<h3>7. Weight-Based Pricing Adjustment</h3>
Many of our products, such as meats and produce, are sold by approximate weight. Since we don't know the exact weight until we pack your order, we add a 5% charge to your total order as a temporary hold. If the final weight results in a lower total cost, we will refund the difference.
